Will I receive the gift as published?
Generally, yes! Unless the item is no longer available by the manufacturer or vendor. In that case, you will be given choices to choose from a list of gifts from similar category which has similar monetary value or higher as the item that you wished for. One thing for sure is you will never be disappointed at DreamTicketsFairy.
How do I collect my prizes?
One of our lovely fairy representatives will notify you by phone/email depending which items you have won. A car or any real estate winnings do require a more complex procedure eg. legal documents/agreements. Items such as smart phones or gadgets that do not require you to claim possession of it in person will be delivered to your registered address at your own cost.
Do I have to give a review or share proof of my winnings every time I win something?
Hopefully, you will. This will help more people to win prizes of their dream like you did.
How do I know if this entire thing is legitimate?
Our system is fully automated and cannot be manipulated by us. All bids have track records in case an investigation is called upon. Selection of winner will be done LIVE to avoid discrepancy. Robbing a person’s dream is taboo, and it goes against our commitments, principles, and everything that we believe in.
What happens to the money for items that do not achieve the targeted bid?
If the targeted bid is not met, all money (excluding the third-party vendor fee if any) will be refunded automatically upon expiry period. We do not get to keep a single cent.
Is DreamTicketsFairy a gambling website?
Absolutely Not. DreamTicketsFairy is not a gambling site and should not be treated as one. Our website is based on the fundamentals of Crowdfunding and E-commerce for the purpose of entertainment where all tickets bought are essentially funds given for the purpose of funding for a gift. Here funders can fund any of the items listed on our site while standing a chance to be the recipient of the crowdfunded gift. On top of that, we do not offer any monetary exchange for any of our awarded gift.
